Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free trial

The trial lasts 14 days from signup, needs no card and ends by itself. Nothing is charged unless you start a subscription on the Billing page. After the trial the workspace is locked, not deleted; it is kept for 90 days.

How to cancel

Go to Billing → "Manage subscription" and cancel in the Stripe portal, or e-mail us from the account address at hello@tendersignal.eu. We confirm every cancellation by e-mail.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. You keep full access until then and no further renewal is charged. You can resubscribe at any time within 90 days without losing your profile and decisions.

Refunds

The monthly fee is charged in advance and is not refunded for the unused part of a month after cancellation.

We refund in full, or credit the next month, when:

• you were charged twice for the same period;
• you were charged after a cancellation that we had confirmed;
• the Service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in the paid month for reasons on our side (a pro-rata refund of that month);
• we discontinue the Service before the end of a paid period (the remaining period is refunded).

To request a refund, e-mail us within 30 days of the charge with the invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.

Because the Service is offered to businesses only, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Nothing in this policy limits rights that the law grants and that cannot be waived.

Your data after cancellation

Your workspace (profile, pursue / skip decisions, notes, digest log) is kept for 90 days after the subscription ends and then deleted. E-mail us if you want it deleted sooner. Invoices are kept as required by accounting law.
